Our day will begin at the Burrard Yacht Club marina dock, in North Vancouver. From there, we’ll cast off for a beautiful, remote outstation. On board, we’ll take some time to disconnect from our stresses and reconnect with ourselves while admiring the natural landscape and ocean life before beginning our work together.
Once docked, you’ll learn about some new nutrition rules and take a bird’s eye view of your life, including the aspects that can affect all areas of your health.
We’ll enjoy a mindful lunch together out in peaceful nature where we can also digest the morning’s information and insights.
After lunch, we’ll access some of our inner wisdom regarding how to implement any changes we want to make by way of utilizing Jennifer’s new book, Nature Guides. We’ll incorporate additional coaching tools to help you break down any issues or resistance that may remain.
Then we’ll cruise back to the marina while enjoying each other’s company, the late hours of sun, picturesque landscape and any animal life that wants to show off.
All of this magic combines to give you a clear perspective and plan for your health that will integrate your newly found insights into your everyday life.

A furry feline lives aboard the yacht on which we will be cruising. If you are allergic to cats, please consider this before registering and take proper precautions, including consulting with your doctor.
Also – if weather is not conducive to traveling to a remote outstation, we will cruise the beautiful Vancouver harbor and keep the content of our workshop aboard the yacht. There is plenty of space indoors to do our work together and still enjoy the beauty of nature outside.
About The Coaches:
Lisa O’Sullivan is a Health and Lifestyle Coach, and a passionate total health detective. Her focus is to find out what is out of balance in all areas of health (Mind, Body, Spirit) and works with clients to develop highly doable and sustainable strategies that will bring them closer to their health and life goals. In addition to her Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), she graduated from Life Coach Training with the Martha Beck Institute. She has found this to be a perfect blend of education and skills for coaching individuals in improving their relationship with food, their body and soul, and with their life.
Jennifer Bauer is a Master Wayfinder Coach, Author of Nature Guides, Public Speaker and creator of the Learn to Love Your Body in 30 Days online course. Her coaching practice, Inversion Coaching, focuses on bringing the answers each one of us has inside us to the surface. She’s passionate about Mind-Body Connection and is excited to partner with Lisa on this workshop.
